You been getting a lot of headaches lately? Maybe it's time for a doctor's visit. I've been getting tension headaches while I sleep but they're mild and usually go away if I take an Advil. I wish I didn't have to take meds but those aches are annoying to say the least. I may have to pay my doctor a visit because I'm also experiencing pressure in both ears and dry mouth. I hope it's nothing serious. Sucks getting old.

mine are usually associated with eating.....or not eating, as it were. if i go too long without eating, i get a headache. and then if i still don't eat, i'll get sick. and in my current job, i can go quite a while without a break or getting to eat.

it's all good, though. i can usually tell if i'm going to get a headache and then do something about it in time. it's just yesterday was kind of a shit day at work and i didn't have time to stop before the headache set in. it really didn't get that bad, thankfully, and i was able to take some tylenol and get some food in me. so it went away rather quickly after that.

thanks for the concern, though. much appreciated.

and speaking of doctors...i need to get to the dentist. i have a cavity and it's starting to annoy me every once in a while.
