Threaten to close your account and take your business elsewhere - maybe you'll get their attention. Better yet, next time you're down there film the conversation with your cell phone camera and tell them you'll post the clip on social media. People hate that

Or maybe it's just time to find cable/internet/streaming alternatives. DirecTV is so 90's.

I was sorta kidding (I posted a rant about this very subject on the Anger thread just yesterday) but it seems like EVERYONE is whipping out their phones to record everyday interactions with the public. Some do it to be dicks, some do it for "protection", others just need content for their Youtube channels but, yeah, it's an ever-increasing thing. We're not ALL millenials

its so strange too because can't stream local channels besides network channels like usa network or starz hbo despite already subscribe to them on choice package they still not working btw and i never watch any on demand movies but yet i watch them fine on tv

believe me i wanted to get dish when abc went off by direct tv back in july but then it came back on nfl started up was going to cut the cord

i'm still mad that cw channel 58 Nashville been off since july 5th and prob will never return been having to watch on computer cw website or cw app on roku like last night's episode riverdale and Nancy drew

stream everything on roku<-my mom got one but never used it, i got streaming stick plus due to watch wwe network on it instead of my lg 4k tv

its just crap cannot watch any apps signing into direct tv as my tv provider like starz or usa network due streaming stop sept 5th its 1 pm in afternoon

i can wait until tonight but i think prob call at and t guy who i talk to yesterday at the store again not sure i want to wait until tomorrow i knew wait 24 hours was bs engineers working on it and be fixed wasn't going to happened instantly

You say that you KNEW their estimate of 24 hours was BS . It hadn't been 24 hours yet when you said that.
