Hi everyone, silly question but can we assume that 4k blu rays based on 4k masters (the one listed in the OP) have better image quality than 4k BRs based on a lower resolution master?

I just bought an OLED TV and I want to find the best BR with top notch image quality to be blown away

Usually, but not always. There are a fair number of titles with 2K DIs that look fantastic on UHD.

Man, it's great to see a list of native 4K titles since I'm only guy to buy native 4K titles and anything that is upscaled will be bought on regular BD for me.

That's just dumb because Blu-ray is Rec 709 and 8 bit with SDR. It's has been shown time and time again that some 2k upscales actually look better than native 4k. So much depends on the source and how it is converted to 4k digital.
