Then why are they both listed as “Native 4k” in their respective database entries on this site? Alternatively why isn’t, for example, La La Land relisted as Native 4k per the data in this thread?

I don’t know who does database entries and I don’t know if they use this thread as a source. I assume they use IMDb, which is unreliable. Although in this case, IMDb says Red Sparrow is 4K but Glass is 2k. So I really have no idea where the database gets its info.
