Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but is there a thread for movies with 4k+ DI's, or are shot on film from the 2002-2013 period that haven't been released on UHD?

...essentially this is the period after Hollywood was moving away from shooting on film, and beginning to shoot digitally in 2k or 4k, and usually finishing in 2k

IMDb doesn't let me search by DI or Technical info of the sort sadly, so I can't make a thread....I figured it'd be interesting to know what's in store for future films released on UHD

Maybe not the right place - so sorry for this but is there a list for normal blu rays where we can see if the mastered blu ray is based on a real / new 4k scan / master? I did not found such a list here. Would be interesting to have such a list where we can see if the blu ra shipped with the 4k or th single "new" blu ray i based on such a new or real 4k master.

These can also be added to the DV and Atmos lists.

And this was already posted in the Asterix thread. But since it's an obscure French film in the International subforum, it's not going to get a lot of eyes on it. So if you don't mind, I'll post it here too, hoping it will get more attention. This is a great online doc from Le Labo De Jay going through the entire restoration process: starting at scanning and going all the way through 4k disc authoring. They even found a place to read defunct digital media that the fx were recorded to, then separately AI upscaled those fx and manually recomposited them to the new 4k neg scan. It's great to see all the time and care they put into this restoration. THIS, is how a movie should be restored. Anyone reading this site should carve out an hour to watch this.
