Amazing SpiderMan 2 did scanned 4K and HDR10 to UHD 4K disc.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) is Real 4K
Spider-Man 2 (2004) is Real 4K (New scan a couple years ago)

Fake doesn't mean 'bad'... some great looking movies are 2K upscales.

Honestly X Men to me looks at times even more 4k- ish than SM2...my eyes can't tell any difference

I thought Spiderman2 was a mixed bag. Some scenes looked horrible, nothing like 4k but that has more to do with how the scenes were shot and the lenses used for those scenes.

Some shots were too grainy in my opinion...It was like the walls were made of sand!

I watched preview trailer X-Men Bluray and UHD 4K on It'll be out Oct 4.

HDR10 It'll been awesome! Glory 4K is higher master film. Not upscaled from 2K

I hope this movie was shot in 4K, processed in 4K and will be released on a 4K BluRay. The visuals would look absolutely stunning on a 4K TV.

Considering the 16mbps tier only looks like 1080p blu IMO, a LOT. Still doesnt solve audio IMO, which is just as important to me.

Passengers was finished in 4K. Shot with the ARRI ALEXA 65. Sony created two separate masters:

2D = 4K
3D = 2K

DD+ seems to be what we will be getting from media streaming for a LONG time.
Honestly, I am a little concerned by this new marketing trend of making new movies available for sale on digital media before they come out on bluray..Are they trying to make bluray go extinct?
