What do you mean? Bandai Japan or Bandai but by Anchor Bay in America?

Both are really good. The Anchor Bay one could be a clone for all I know.

Were there 2 "angles" for the film? The Nozomi disc has 2- one is just the film, and the other is the film but with an English credits roll after (or was it the Rightstuf credits? I don't know. Maybe bring up old stuff now but what is considered to be the best version of Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust in PQ and AQ. Is it US Discotek or UK Anime Ltd?

The Anime Limited disc is identical to the Discotek disc. Just go with whatever packaging you prefer or what’s cheaper.

The Place promised in Our Early Days/Voice of a Distant Star - UK Anime Ltd, region 2 locked but looks like a solid set that mirrors other older discs.

Patema Inverted - UK Anime Ltd or something better out?

The UK BD of The Place Promised in Our Early Days may have been filtered, but can't find screenshots of that release.

The HK BD is a barebones but decent option with English subs, but there's a lot of baked-in color banding.

The Italian BD was manually debanded:

Psycho Pass season 1 by Dynit (Italy)

I got the 2 CE volumes recently so I decided to check the PQ and... yeah Mp3dom did the encode.
Nothing else need to be said, it's perfect.
No artifacts/colorbanding/macroblocking/etc. just perfect.

4 BD50 for the entire season,
Forced subtitles unfortunatly.
