Yep.

Madman handled the Australian theatrical release of Heaven's Feel and they will presumably also handle the home video release. They sometimes use the Blu-ray master from Aniplex, but not on a consistent basis.

Would be great if they were to use the Aniplex master, but I'm not going to wait another year or two only to find out that they laid out another Fate/Zero type of botch job.

Not impossible but quite hard, because the Aniplex release have maxed-out bitrate (hits 40 Mbps which is the maximum for video). There are only 8 Mbps left for audio but a single 5.1 dts-HD track at 24bit require about 5Mbps so you can't put two tracks (english and japanese) unless you change something in the bitdepth and/or the audio coding.

Correct, as looking at rips of the disc, the main feature is 42GB. Even if you removed the LPCM stereo track, it only adds about 1.5GB (if I did the math right), which would make a complete clone tricky.

If it is handled like the Madoka movies, the 2.0 Japanese dts HD track would perhaps be jettisoned in favor of a 5.1 English half-bitrate dts track.

EDIT: correction, the AoA Madoka movies kept the 2.0 JP track.
