I have threads from this forum automatically hard copy printed and mailed to me. That's how much I hate streaming and clouds.

I love the discs but my kids watch my iTunes and vudu copies, my neighbor is on my vudu account so she watches my movies over at her place, my wife loves amazon prime instant videos of dumb tv shows like covert affairs. So,.. some people (kids and women apparently) just like streaming better. What I have to wonder is when you have a house full of people all trying to stream something different in HD what happens then?... Does everyone's version dumb down to crap-o-vision?..

The single biggest advantage with physical media is control, ie the studios have no control over one's physical collection. Never trust Hollywood studios, they have shown again and again a willingness to treat their customers like dirt if it makes them another buck.
