That would be quite a curse - you’re trapped forever in a hotel room, and can only leave by getting into your Blowbear costume and noshing other dudes. If you haven’t gobbled someone 24 hours after the last blow, you reappear back in Room 237.

If you forget to open your ass-flap it doesn’t count as a blow.

Perhaps this was a deleted scene from Dante’s Inferno - one of the milder levels of hell.
