It never was planned to my knowledge, I've never seen Walt talk about it. Bill mentioned possibly doing it because Synapse does it but that was before Walt took over.

It didn't need to be fixed but at this point he might as well because of all the people who *****ed about it. All of the wobble existed in the previous DVD. It was just more noticeable in a few scenes. Half of the people who were originally discussing the wobble didn't even know what they were talking about and were bringing up handheld camera movements down a hall way.

If he does fix it (and i dont think he should personally, waste of money) dont be surprised if the same people then complain about the cropping that will be needed in order to fix it.

I wasn't suggesting it did need to be fix, was just saying that's probably what he was doing. Don't see any other reason it would be so delayed.

I’d be surprised/disappointed if he delayed release purely to “fix” those non-existent “wobble” issues, considering those complaining were a vocal minority of like 4 people.

We've generally been pretty lucky when it comes to slasher movies so far, with so many of them getting very good to awesome treatment across all the formats and indy labels. Having said that, I feel like we need a label that values the slasher genre and thinks of it as more than just a moneymaker. Independent labels all have their own specialties. Walt has gone on record and said horror isn't his preferred genre and laments the generally poor sales of his non-horror output. I hope he continues to seek out and license more horror (not just slashers) but I appreciate the love he's put into the stuff he's already released.

Which slashers are people still hoping for? We obviously need April Fool’s Day.
Would also like to see:
He Knows You’re Alone
Girls Nite Out
Cheerleader Camp

Would also be nice to get Humongous fixed...

Highest on my slasher wishlist are Honeymoon Horror, The Prey, and Deodato's spaghetti slasher Body Count.

Green Ice
The Fantasist
Careful, He might Hear You
L.A. Is My Home Town
Sidelong Glances of a Pigeon Killer

EDIT: For others, this is not a wish-list. It is a list of Scorpion DVDs available at KL (during their sale). I own these. Well actually, for the Oz title, I have the Umbrella release.
