Gonna be hard to resist buying the standard editions but I'm going to bite my fist and wait for the deluxe versions. As long as they actually come out before the end of the year. Usually a deluxe edition comes out first and then some time later a standard version but, hey, there's a first time for everything, right?

Walt, if this is by any chance Trauma (and I hope it is), please look into getting the English track for the extra scenes that are only in Italian for the other releases. The English audio DOES exist for these extra scenes. If you used these, your release would be far superior to any version.

If history is any indication, Olive wouldn't seem to be a very likely candidate.

ScorpionReleasing, i have a question about your upcoming The Salamander Blu-ray. Since Scorpion did the 2k transfer from whatever materials ITV gave them, do you know if it has an ITC Film Distributors logo at the start?

Synapse release STREET TRASH DVD, then few month later (I think 3 month later) a deluxe version on dvd. Most people bought both and zero complaint.

I remember stating months ago I'd buy a cheaper Opera first then down the line the more meaty version, but due to the short window between releases and Italian track only on the deluxe (which is puzzling) I'll wait. I think looking back to the glory days of DVD most people double dipped if they weren't pre warned a better version would be coming (in general).
