I went to the New York one.

I ended up preordering tickets for the midnight release and than later winning tickets to a pre screening. Didnt really want to drive all the way out to the Imax twice so I ended up skipping on the free passes. Excited to see the midnight release! Lets hope its good. I enjoyed the 20 minute sneak peak.

Well that answers my question. I was wondering whether there would be a disclaimer at the beginning. Hopefully this will stem the tide of people storming up to the theater manager in the first 20 minutes to complain about the lack of 3D imagery... unless of course there are a couple of jackasses talking at the back that fail to see it

I really didnt think the 3d was needed. Then again I am not a fan of it.

I love doing this with movies. Never did see the first tron. I tried about a month ago on netflix but it seems like disney said no.

I do too!

Yea, Disney discontinued it until the rerelease next year. It's kinda lame for anyone who hasn't seen it

I just watched the original.....pretty cheesy but still entertaining - I loved the shout out to Pacman in it.

I just got back. With 3D, in terms of the visual aspect, it is hands down the best 3D movie I have seen.

Some friends saw it at an Imax-lite screen in 3-D and they said it sucked as far as presentation goes.

I'll be seeing it Saturday night at an actual six story IMAX screen.

3 solid stars with A LOT of reservations. It does have the best 3D I've ever witnessed. It easily beat Avatar's 3D presentation...by miles, in fact.

Still, I need another pass at this film. I have serious pros and cons about the film and it's evenly split at the moment.

just got back from a midnight showing and i thought it was an awesome movie!!! very enjoyable movie...i will be picking up the blu of this one for sure...

Just got back from the midnight release like everyone else. The visuals and music were awesome. Everything else was terrible.

The problem of with the film is the internal logic when juxtaposed with the original film. For example, the Programs in the original had a purpose. They had an origin. In Legacy, they don't...

Still, one of the most beautifully designed and rendered films in a long, long time.
