Same here! It sounded amazing during the trailer when I saw Alice in Wonderland at an Imax. I actually enjoyed the trailer more then Alice in Wonderland.

Did you all see that Recognizer? Kind of makes you wish we had that kind of CG technology back in '82 for the original movie.

I think this movie is going to show what the original film intended to look like back in the day. It kind of a shame really, the first film had a sense of a real computer game in those days, this seems like a next gen videogame

Definitely has potential. A night club owner, huh? I wonder what, if anything, might have been taken from the Tron 2.0 PC game. The little bit I've seen of the upcoming Legacy video game looks quite similar.

The only issue I have is the self-referential bit: the actual "Tron" game cabinet in Flynn's arcade. Kinda with they would have kept it as "Space Paranoids" or whatever.

I was never a big fan of the first movie idk I just could never get into it. to be honest it really hasn't aged all that well either by the look of the new trailer and those screen shots I'm really looking forward to this

Awesome! I guess I'll have to watch the original on DVD if it doesn't come out before Tron Legacy. My friends and I usually like to get together before a sequel/re-boot and watch the original before heading out to the theater for the new one.
