So I have one day off this weekend and I had planned to spend it on the couch in front of the TV playing video games. Well, my girlfriend had another idea, her sister and nephew came up from North Carolina and they really want to go to the mall today. Of course the kid didn't want to do that so I got elected to entertain him today. Thinking about taking him to a local orchard to pick apples (assuming there's any left this late in the season) and return back to the apartment to bake an apple pie, as I've got a craving for my deep dish caramel apple pie.

Wrapped up my first week of training. Supposed to have 2 more weeks, but it sounds like I might only do 1 more week? I was reminded today why I stopped taking my vehicles to Walmart today. I was hoping to have my truck done by the time I got off, but they forgot to do a couple of things. So I ended up waiting almost 2 hours after I got off from work. I need to find a new shop to find out why it still feels like it is stuck between gears. Not the way I wanted to end my weekday. Think I might have a drink and take a nap while I still can.

Sitting here listening to my Pandora shuffle, drinking some water and debating on my next move while I play catch up in the forum. My wife is making some homemade chicken soup. Slept in, but feel like crawling back into bed instead of being productive around here. Unfortunately that booze ain’t gonna buy itself

Just had a salami sandwich and finding some stuff to do until the good games start later this evening. I'm playing through the season pass of LEGO Avengers and got Red Dead 2 installing, apparently it's gonna take 1-2 hours.
