Lunch break and texting the kid. She keeps asking me about the camping trip I promised to take her on this weekend, no matter how many times I tell her we still have 2 more days. Like idk did she think I forgot ? Ugh... Speaking of which I have to make sure the Mrs knows we're swapping vehicles on Thursday cause I'm not taking the jeep camping, the truck is so much easier

Picked up a couple of nice, inexpensive bottles of Pinot Noir from Costco and just cracked the first one. Will let it breathe a bit and then gets to sippin'

Fedex is horrible. We've had nothing but problems with Fedex in my household. Every. Single. Time. they give the packages to another house down the street and they say that their GPS tells them it is the correct location. This has happened about 5 times in the last 12 months.

Sitting here drinking a beer and considering the hard stuff. The Boy’s 360 got a red dot of death yesterday. So I uploaded his profile, a few apps and unplugged my old Gears of War console to put in his room after my court date. Now he’s bummed because he has to start fresh and I’m scrambling trying to fix it and my marriage problems. On the plus side, 90 days deferred and a fine to pay.

Soon, I've gotta take my truck in to get the a/c looked at. It shouldn't have quit already, I'm guessing a leak somewhere. Hopefully it won't be too expensive.

I heard back from UniFirst about a ride along, but told them Monday is my next available day. This apparently pissed my wife off. She’s under the impression I’m not trying to find a job.

Check that shit at the door. You’ve been gone a week and I’ve never stopped filling out applications or following up. Anyway, said a bunch of shitty things and is now acting like nothing happened. Again, check that shit at the door.

I rarely receive anything using FEDEX but when I do when I get the delivery email I have to go knocking on doors in the neighborhood to find out who they delivered it to.

Finally home! Dropped off my keys to our old apartment and of course the building manager wanted to do a quick walkthrough to make sure there weren't substantial damages and that we cleaned it up, he was surprised at how clean it was and stated that he may not have to do anything before they can re-list it (well, honestly I left it in better condition than how we received it when we moved in). Now for better things: Beer and packing for the camping trip up in the mountains this weekend.
