I can't even cook a burger at all. Don't know what to do period.

I work as an unlicensed caregiver for people on the Developmentally Disabled Waiver and for the elderly.

Generally speaking my burgers are not something I feed other people, I'm okay with inflicting my subpar cooking on myself but I try not to do it to others.

That's why when I overcooked the first of 3 batches of sliders yesterday I ate the first batch myself and left the other 2 for anyone else to enjoy if they wanted.

The Canadian equivalent of this is how Tim Hortons used to bake fresh doughnuts every day (multiple times a day). Then they got bought by some shitty food conglomerate, and now everything is frozen garbage.

My first ever job was in the Bakery at my local Walmart, all the bread & donut dough was frozen and made by Pillsbury.... was a bit shocked

Finished watching the Papillon remake not too long ago. It was my second viewing and I quite enjoyed it. I own the original but have yet to watch it. 9:26pm and I've been up for about 19 hours but not feeling too tired right now. I am off tomorrow which is nice. I bet if I were to fall asleep now, I would probably have a hard time sleeping past 5am or so. I could be wrong but it's been tough to sleep in on my days off since I guess my body is used to getting up so early.

Think I'm about to go to Denny's and get some breakfast and lounge for awhile. I was thinking I might go hiking or biking afterward but not sure. The motorcycle shop I went to the other day is having an "Indian Factory Demo Truck" day. I'm not sure what exactly that is but it sounds interesting so I may check it out.

I assume there will be a truck on premises from Indian and you can test out different bikes? Likely have to sign a waiver and need a motorcycle license. Give them a call before wasting a trip.

I was thinking about going down just to check it out but I'm not sure that I will. I might but undecided as of right now. I didn't go hiking or biking after all but I will plan to go for a little ride tomorrow after I get off work.
