Same! They had this at Sams in a three pack for $8 so I gave it a try. Before this I had cherry lemonade body wash that I had picked up at Sephora. I'm not terribly picky and will try out new stuff.

Talking about the wonders of fish oil and how I originally started taking it for cholesterol and had it help out my knees as well.

For my money, it is way better than glucosamine and chondroitin .

I'll maybe give it a go,my knees aren't great after playing football for years,I have tried glucosamine without any benefit so fish oil may be worth a try.

Ask your doctor first I guess, but I'm telling you my knees would make crunching sounds when I walked and now (a year and a half later) I'm bounding up stairs two at a time again.

I'm on pole trix.com looking for a pendent called the Gemini that they apparently don't have anymore :/

I might as well ask the local mechanic here as to ask the doctor but I will have a look in the health shop the next time I am in town.
My knees don't make any noise but would stiffen and there is some pain.

This is the one I take and I get it at Shop-Rite:

There's something else in it...I think they call them D3's or something like that. THAT is what you have to look for.

The health lady who recommended them to me wanted me to get this 40 dollar bottle of pills and the ones from shop rite do the trick just fine.

Thank's for that,they are a bit dearer here in the UK(what isn't?)£13 for the same bottle,a months supply but I think I will at least give them a go.
