resting.

just go through cleaning the cars (well, a car and a truck). i vacuumed out both of them yesterday but it was sorta late so i didn't have enough time to wash either of them. i did that today and then did a detail clean on the inside of both.

now i'm tired.....

The weather warmed up quite a bit (-17C, 1F) so I grabbed some T-Bones to Bbq tonight. I've only Bbq'd once in about one and a half months so this is gonna be great!!

JV, did you get a chance to try that dry rub I recommended in the steak thread?
When we were visiting Family in Edmonton this past fall, I looked EVERYWHERE for that stuff and never found it. I'm gonna be buying all the ones I can find very soon in case it becomes discontinued or dropped.

I beleive I did, but I can't be sure as I had been given a few for dry rubs. I think I have like 5 different rubs now.

I understand that "Variety is the Spice of Life", but after trying that stuff, I haven't bbq'd my steak with anything else. Almost two years now, lol.
