Got back last night from a 5-day trip to NJ visiting my girlfriend's family and this morning is an absolute struggle. I'm on the verge of a panic attack watching all of these e-mails load.

just got through working on my mom's sewing table. she bought a new machine a few weeks (months?) ago, and it didn't fit down in the hole where her old one was. so i cut the hole to fit the machine. then i redid the platform down in the hole so the new machine would sit flush with the top of the table.

now i'm just trying to cool off.....

Listening to music and browsing the forum and trying to keep up with news coming out of Comic Con. This time of year, like E3, is crazy. But in a good way.

The lead singer of Linkin Park killed himself by hanging earlier today. Apparently, he was a good friend of Chris Cornell and today was Cornnell's birthday, so sad. Never been a fan of LP, but regardless, it's so tragic.

About to leave the office. So happy tomorrow is Payday.

Wife is sick, so as soon as I get home she's going to bed. Which means I'm on baby duty until the boy goes to bed. My girl is sleeping over at grandma-s house, so that works out.

Then it's just a night of me, myself, and I on the couch with the pets watching more The Office.

Mine is pretty much already spent between bills and groceries. I'll suck whatever left I can between alcohol (Youngstown Superhero Bar Crawl this Saturday), and SDCC funko stuff that I haven't already grabbed. I'm doomed.

I will try to Uber Friday night and at some point on Saturday, but I don't expect to pull in much.
