Finishing this one tiny cup of coffee my fiancee left me this morning, then taking a quick shower before I head out to pick some auto parts from the local U-Pull it lot. Then tonight, we're taking my mom out to a local steakhouse for an early mother's day dinner.

watching le mans: racing is everything, season 1

every year i always try to watch as much of the race as i can. i wish they'd just do the whole damn thing in one sitting; pre-race lineup/warm-up lap; the whole 24 hours of the race race; and post-race with podium celebrations and awarding of the trophies. i'd love to dvr the whole damn thing, then go back and watch as much as i can in one sitting and finish the rest later.

that race and the indianapolis 500 are both on my bucket list.
