I just got into work after pretty heavy traffic.

I am very happy to report that Captain Marvel was not NEARLY as lame as all the fire starters said it was.

There were some "messages" that were a little on the nose but, all in all, if you are a fan of the Marvel movies, you can get through it without throwing up.

My fiancee offered to take my daughter to see the Aladdin remake this afternoon and I'm not interested in seeing that trash so I volunteered to help our night shift a bit at work so doing the overtime thing til 7pm then probably grab a bite to eat and head home.

he absolutely was! there are a few things on which i disagreed with him...but on this, i wholeheartedly agreed with him. and what's sad is it took this damn long for something to be done. it never should've gotten this far. but thankfully someone finally said, "ENOUGH!" and did what needed to be done.

Checking in with the kid while on my break, she had a stomach ache late last night when I got home from work and still felt miserable when i left for this morning. My mother's taking care of her today but I think if there's no improvement when I get home I'm going to take her to the doctor's.
