Some have been gifts from my ex-wife over the years, some were purchased off of Chronoshark back in the day when they used to run insane deals and some are from Amazon.

EDIT: I found the post (https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.p...ostcount=41634) but it appears as though the pic didn't display so I'll have to take another one and re-post.

I'm at work now, so from memory I have an ESQ, a Movado, a Citizen Eco-Drive, two Invictas, a Casio, a Stuhrling, a Louis Piccard (I think), a G-Shock, a Skaagen and I can't for the life of me remember the rest, haha.
Look forward to seeing the pic. My fourth watch that should be here tomorrow is an Eco Drive. I actually got my dad a nice Eco Drive several years ago as a gift but he ended up pissing me off so I was petty and kept it for myself although I never wore it

Now that I've been hunting and learning a bit more about watches, I am familiar with most of those brands. So far I've gotten one Bulova, two Tissots and one Citizen.

Like you mentioned to Wabo in your post from 2018, I don't think I'll ever own a Rolex but I may pick up an entry level Tag someday. There was a nice Patek Philippe on their website that caught my eye but then I saw that it retails at over $94,000 lol
If you don't mind posting the pics again, including a shot of the watch case, I'd like to see them

Call me Force by all means!

I'm not really a watchy person tbh. I have a few Raymond Weils that I've picked up as mementos from places I've visited just for something to buy more than out of really wanting one tbh. That's my Oniomania rearing its ugly head again lol.

A few years back I did buy a watch on a trip to the Millenia Mall, Orlando from the Breitling Boutique there as both a souvenir and investment which was a Bentley B06 Midnight Carbon ltd edition, but I sold it not long after and, looking at the prices now I'm glad I did. It's worth quite a few £k less than I paid for it.

Lovely looking watch though and, surprisingly for a Breitling, didn't look like Big Ben strapped to my slender wrists.
Well Force it is I'm learning a bit about watches and discovering brands I had never heard before including Breitling. I don't think I'll ever even acquire one of their cheapest watches but I've heard good things. I was excited to hear you mention Ramond Weil as I like several watches from them. I'm finding that there are so many watches (of various brands) that are appealing to me. I'm also discovering what my tastes are such as really liking Roman numerals. There are several Bulovas that I like and a number of Tissots that I'd like to add to the collection someday. I've mostly been using Macy's website and of the brands they offer, I think I'll stick to Raymond Weil, Baume & Mercier and Frederique Constant as affordable luxury watches and then maybe someday I'll venture out to Rado, Tag, Longines territory.

If you know me at all, you know I can talk a lot more, but I'll shut up for now.
If you feel like sharing, I wouldn't mind hearing some stories about the watches that you purchased while traveling

Just replaced an old fluorescent light fixture in the garage with a new LED one. Now I need two more to replace the other fixtures, now that I can see how bright one of them is.

You should replace all of your either fixtures or bulbs with newer leds imo, heck some utility's like ours, eversource, have programs that give you rebates or even product for free with one of their energy surveys that they offer.

i gotta do that, too. i only have 2 fluorescent fixtures in my shop. it's a decent amount of light, but i can get 4 led fixtures of the same size and have about 6 times the light output with less energy cost. plus, i can get a 4-bulb set for pretty cheap.

Surfin' n sippin'.
I'm gonna walk my FurBrat and then do some tidying up.
I'm pretty sure that there's a wolf around the park where we walk. I see the tracks every, or every other day.

Most of my house is already LED. It's the garage and laundry room that had fluorescent lighting.

Thanks gang! I had a great time. Surprised her with some flowers, nothing too over the top, but a nice bouquet of carnations. We went out to dinner/beers and talked. I’ve been sweet on her since we met and I she likes me. Had a great good night kiss and hope to see her again soon. There are complications on her end, but I told her last night we’d figure it out before I left.

About to head home. Stopped off and had a beer once I picked up a few things after work. Today was freight day and I’m smoked. I’ll see how I feel once I get home and get cleaned up. Might hit my normal place once I take a nap.

Went to visit my parents after picking the kid up from school, to make sure they are all set before the next winter storm hits tonight/tomorrow. That was a mistake, found out my little brother lost another job and moved back home, had my daughter so I didn't want to make too big of a scene but still asked him if he was at least had a plan this time around(last time he overstayed his welcome and wiped out the little savings my parents had with no intention on ever repaying it) which turned into a heated argument with my father. I don't know why I even bother anymore..

Currently drinking a beer out on the snow-covered deck and thinking about things.

Basking in the glory of fixing the high-end printer at work that has been wonky for two years since we bought it.

The secret.

Not the IT person. Not the building manager they wanted to fix it.

The secret was calling Canon tech support

I know..."Pro Gamer Move."
