Ico seems to be hard or at least the controls are weird. I am slowly playing it but fighting is annoying. done for tonight maybe on to a movie or something to chill.

Holy crap, I just used Expedia to check flight prices (for the cheapest flights) from San Jose to Paris, just for shits and giggles and holy moly

Pretty big earthquake right now, this one will probably be on the local news...

late edit: learned on twitter that this was probably on the 1933 Long Beach zone part of the Newport-Inglewood fault. The 1933 Long Beach earthquake killed more than 100 people.

Check out the flights from your area to Hawaii on Southwest Airlines. They are cheeeeap.

I can't even go back home for the prices you guys listed and that's a flight that's less than 90 minutes.

Hawaii isn't real high on my list but I could also see myself really liking it. I've never priced Hawaii before but those do seem like good prices!

Just got in after a day in Leeds, bought a few CD’s and a couple of Blu Ray’s in Poundland but the reason for the trip was to go to the theatre. Been to see Waitress The Musical which was fantastic. Actually seen it twice before with different people in the lead role.

About to go to bed early for tomorrow's planned slate of -
Working 5-8:30ish
Running 20 miles on that local trail and getting home around 12:30
Eating a recovery lunch and watching football until the parents come home
Hopefully I cleaned enough before they get here, although I still want to clean the kitchen a bit better
Time to put the dog up, glad he's been doing a lot better lately about not pooping or peeing in his crate at night
Going to make up for tomorrow's brief shift by going in on Friday from 6-12:30 before I volunteer at that daycare in the afternoon

finished up watching someone's second playthrough of Ico. It makes me wonder why its a struggle for me and easy for someone else . I mean not the second vs first time through but the game is so obtuse and you have no idea what's going on without a guide in the first place.

Finally sitting down and relaxing after a madcap morning which involved an eye test, a bit of shopping and a big ebay parcel drop. Got to do packing for a few days down in London from tomorrow for a zoo and theatre trip.
