trying to deal with high blood pressure and high cholesterol which just found out recently this past Thursday when i went to go to see the doctor something about my health. So now i have lisinopril and vastatin.

Kind of bummed out that i have to now take medication to somehow to get in better health but i guess since we get older in our 40s etc our bodies tend to get a little screwy or whatever

Same thing happened to me last month, went to the doctor for a work physical, and my blood pressure was through the roof. I am now on meds, and total diet change. I now have my blood pressure under control. I was lucky I didn't have a stroke or heart attack. I tell you what, with this diet change, I feel so much better and have lost a few pounds.

Drink organic beet juice, it is suppose to do wonders for high blood pressure. I now have a glass a day. I also started taking Omega 3 fish oil pills as well.

A healthy diet and a regular exercise will do more than those meds, believe me.

I was on Lisinopril. I developed a cough and didn't realize it was one of the side effects associated with taking it. So if you start developing a dry cough...that's why.

I agree with Mike16. Get on a good diet and start exercising and you won't need those meds anymore! My numbers went down once I dropped some weight.

fell asleep while watching the new episodes of 'Ghost Adventures' on Discovery Plus, but having a dream that I was watching the tv show at my home growing up as a kid - I was hearing the audio, but in my dream state, seeing the show but from a prior couch, on a different TV, in a completely different room and second floor ... oh that WAS freaky, gonna crawl up to bed now, I'm weirded out and slightly spooked.
