Well, the last time I looked at a Ferrari was back in '91. So, I'm sure they've gone up.

BIG Disney guy. Me and my oldest sister go to Disney World about every two years. We also go to Disneyland every year. We were just at Disneyland back in February/beginning of March. We are going to Disney World a week or two before Thanksgiving. Love it. I've been to Splitsville at both Disney World and Disneyland. It's such fun.

Crazy you can buy two of those c-8's for the price of a used oil leaking needing constant servicing from shops with a 350$ an hour repair rate Ferrari. Not only that the C-8 actually looks very much like a Ferrari imo and certainly without question performs better in both a straight line and yes euro's even in the turns now.

Thanks! We’ve been in the class room for the first 2 hours and 45 minutes. Now we’re on a break and then will be on the bikes for the rest of the day. I did bring some snacks and had few peanut butter-filled pretzel bites. Now it’s time it’s see if I can get a little nap in.

Been to Disneyworld a few times. Never eaten at the Splitsville tho.

Not me, the name plate means nothing to me, if i were to ever own something like this it would be to track it. Good luck actually using a ferrari like it is supposed to be driven. You will be in the repair shop far more then having any fun with it.

Lol. If I could afford a Ferrari I wouldn't care. Now if the Bigdawg is buying lets talk...

Years ago when the Wynn hotel in Vegas was fairly new, a couple years old, we were there. They had a Ferrari dealer/museum. It was $12 (at the time) if you wanted to go in and walk around and look at the cars. I saw all I needed to from the entranceway. Let's take our $12 and get a couple yard long margaritas. Not sure where I'm going with this... oh yeah, Bigdog is buying me a car.

I can do that, it would look something like this though

This ferrari wouldn't leak oil all over your driveway or potentially catch on fire and burn your house down to the ground either....

I always said if there was anyone on BD.com who has a Ferrari and classic car collection it's the sf. A man of wealth and taste. Alfred, gas up the 812 GTS. It's double points day and I'm craving a #13.

The end of a long day. I got home about 45 minutes ago right around 8pm. Class ended up at 5pm but didn't come right home. I had planned on watching a movie and then studying a little for tomorrow's written test but now I won't even watch a little YouTube.
We had one guy that dumped the bike three times but nothing dramatic and he wasn't hurt. As importantly, he wasn't discouraged and it didn't keep him from getting back on. Another guy also went down as we were working on countersteering and making turns. He got a few kisses from the asphalt but he was okay too.

We'll have a written test tomorrow before more riding and then a final riding test. It was a fun day but I'm pretty pooped now. It's nice that I can unwind a bit with dinner and get some good rest. Tomorrow, I'll be up by 7am or so, the class will be from 8am to 4:45pm-5pm again and then I'll have work at 10pm. If it helps me in getting a step closer to acquiring my motorcycle license, it will definitely be worth it.

Oh yeah, I'd say the youngest rider was a girl who I couldn't imagine was any older than 18. She brought her own helmet and jacket. Surprisingly, she raised her hand when asked if anyone had driven manual before. We also had one guy who only spoke Spanish and didn't have anyone interpreting for him. He did have his phone though and one of the instructors seemed quite helpful so that was cool.

And these are the bikes that we were on.

So happy it's Friday. Looking forward to having absolutely NO plans for this weekend other than chillin'. Maybe I'll be able to get down to my basement and do some more work on aesthetics, decor and/or home theater-y stuff like hanging acoustic panels.

Must be a precision laptop with a quadro type RTX card.

I take it you must use some form of autodesk modeling software or maybe a graphic artist?

NOPE. NOT EVEN. Unless you're talking $5K in headaches having to call Dell about anything. The day Dell makes a $5k laptop is the same day Ferrari starts selling their version of a Chevy Lumina Mini Van for $5K.

Said it before and will say it again. DEATHTRAP. HUGE OLD DEATHTRAP. If you want the last thing you'll ever see is your brains splattered all over Highway 69, then GO FOR IT!!! I wonder about the sanity of some on this here site (me included).
