Finally cutting out of work and skipping the gym after a long weekend. I'm beat. So just gonna relax the rest of the night and watch a movie.

Damn. Sorry man, I feel your pain. I hate when things don't go right. And on top of that, I also hate when what should be a 2 hour job turns into a weekend project. I've learned to show up with a 50 lb. toolbox even when it's something simple like hanging some wall fixture for the wife lol.

Why not just cover it up using some trex boards? Use the concrete as it's structure basically.

Drinking my whey protein shake...decided that i wanted to gain another 10 pounds with my weight training. I have to use 24 ounces of milk and mix it together, and that is an extra 1,400 calories in one large drink. However, this stuff is not easy to drink, using a blender or not....oh the horror, LOL.

It's good. I wouldn't say it's as good as You've Got to Believe in Something, which is my favorite. But it's still quite good. Falling more and more in love with each passing listen. I think it may be the best since that 1996 album. But I didn't hear the one before Face Full of Cake.

Dude, what are you talking about?! I couldn't disagree more...check out this recent interview from the end of March with Rick Beato, he looks, sounds, recalls/remembers and behaves just fine. They also just put out a new album which is fantastic.

That sucks but it should turn out better the second time around.

I hit Trader Joe's today. They had the pickle mustard back in stock which is delicious.

Really getting frustrated with FedEx. My road was closed yesterday so they didn't deliver my package.


All good..things happen. Here we are, closing in on 5PM and still no delivery. Road is free and clear to access.

Have you tried mixing it with fruit? A simple combo I like to make is pineapple, banana, and spinach. And I also only use unflavored powder. You get way more for your money without the added sweetener, and healthier for that, too. I have other concoctions as well, but that one is simple and really flavors it up.

Only drawback is mixing the fruit with all that milk. Your finance might kick you out of the house for a bit lol

I forgot there were people out there who actually want to gain weight. I'm down 30 pounds in the last month and still have at least 30 to go to get down to my ideal weight. If only I could stop drinking and get off night shift so I could fix my diet...

Had another run-in with someone at work who thinks he's holier than God himself, I had to put him in his place while keeping it somewhat professional. I have put in way too much time (way more than he has) with this company to throw it away on a little drama.
That being said I think I'm going to let my daughter stay home from school tomorrow, and take her for a long drive up north to clean up my sister's grave. Ironically enough her grave site is the one place I can go to get answers to life's toughest problems.

I gained 30 pounds since November (weight training or the "right" way)....but my goal was 40 and I plateau'd....so using the whey now to get over the hump.

When is your daughter's last day of school? My son is staying home one day next week, as his last day is Wednesday. Figure we will go out and do something together since it is basically "summer" for him now.
