I'll be in Jersey but the weather still won't be great. I think it will clear up in the afternoon but it will definitely be overcast. Not the greatest weather and probably off and on showers. High of 66 which is not really warm.

Listening to the new Twenty One Pilots single that just released off their forthcoming album. Wild that these guys just put out an album 13 months ago and then they turn around and drop another one to complete the story they've been telling over the previous four albums. Pretty cool to see musical artists like this in today's day and age that stay committed to their craft.

The wife needed some things at the grocery store last night. It was raining and she didn't want to go. Which means I wanted to go by default. The very first display I see has these. It was like it was meant to be. This is winning.

I am a huge fan of the live show they did at The Moore back in 91'. You can find it on Youtube....my favorite song has always been "Love, Hate, Love"....and Layne's voice sounds incredible singing that song....I always listen in complete awe to his emotion and range for a live show when I hear that particular song.

Supposed to work OT tonight. Got cancelled. Kinda wish it wasn't but glad is was.

At times my scale lists by at 338-339 lbs. I haven't seen numbers that low in years. It will pop back up above 340 but that's ok. The overall trend is down.

I definitely feel 30 lbs. lighter when I am at work walking.

Diabetes is under control. Took my fast acting insulin for the first time tonight since Monday. Had me chicken fried steak, potatoes, gravy, corn. My splurge since I have cut a lot of sugar and carbs out of my diet.

Watching the 2 Doctor Who 4ks from Severin. Captain Kronos 4k is probably up next.

Kinda of drained right now but enjoying my relaxation.

With about 2 hours of sleep in a 32-hour period, I took a pretty good nap after work so now I can stay up a bit later before my Friday night shift. I think I've been averaging about 4.5 hours or less of sleep each work night. No excuses either as I can often go to sleep as early as I want.

Anyway, will probably watch a bit of YouTube and surf a bit before getting some rest.

Just got back home from taking the kid to school, I'm now sipping a cup of a coffee I think I'll take a shower and head up north to my sister's grave before work tonight. Today would've been her 42nd birthday, she's been gone for 20yrs but not a day goes by that I don't miss her. :'(
