Sitting in a training that was supposed to start at 8 and it did not begin till 10:30. No Ac, stale donuts, warm coffee FML it has to be happy hour somewhere.......

Diet products rarely do anything positive. They're a marketing gimmick.

As to what I'm doing right now......going through my vinyl collection and pulling out some Soul/R&B albums to play.

i know i know, you are correct. was just kidding. hate those colorful "things" that are made of artificial stuff. that have nothing real food in them. I prefer real fish, chicken, meat, vegetables etc usually drink just water, milk or sparkling water (no sugar - no calories).
