doodling around on the internet while watching Shaun of the Dead.

turns out i have a four-day weekend this week, and likely for the next two months. my job only assigns you 3-days a week and you have to sign up for the rest. which is fine, because it's busy 10 months out of the year (from what i've heard) and slow for two.

this being those two.

oh well. 3-days of work, 4-days off won't be too shabby for two months. and better yet, their summer months

I just got done playing two games of NBA 2K11, with a rookie Jordan on the Hornet's team. Won my last three, and am looking good for the playoffs. Drinking a beer now, getting caught up with the forum.

You should have gotten it from Best Buy so you do not have to wait but if it is cheaper online then I would understand

The BB's near me did not have any so I decided to just get it online rather than hunt all over creation for it. It's actually good that I ordered it online, we've had some family problems so I have not had much time to go shopping.

My mom, stepdad, and I are going to Destin for five days. She is a psychologist, and she's starting a business to counsel divorcing/divorced couples. I get to hang out.

I'm not driving, so I need something fun to do on the way there. Long car rides drive me nuts.

Nice! Yeah, I hate long car rides too! I rather fly even it makes me sick everytime I go on a flight!

My ears pop when I fly so that really bugs me, but flying is preferable to a really long drive imo. I went to Norfolk, Virginia with my parents, the plane flight is like 2 and a half hours and it takes about 13 to drive there.

Yeah, same thing happens to my ears and that is annoying! Yeah, 13 hours drive sucks! I would drive 5 to 6 hours but no more than that

That's about how long it will take to get to Destin, but I have several movies on my computer that I'll put on the iPad so I'll be alright.

I may get a few games too. And I've downloaded about thirty free e-books.
