Sitting here licking my wounds. Helluva couple of days. ****ing contractor sent out the roofing crew despite us telling them they had to be done by today or come back next week to finish it. They didn't even have the supplies to finish the job

Went a little sideways about shit when they told me "According to XYZ we don't have to listen to you. You don't own the place." OH SNAP! You did not just say that. We ended up working it out and I ended up having the wife go out after I threatened to push the ladder off once the got on the roof

Silver lining, might be selling the Accord to the kid on the crew.

"If Goodwill or Value Village won't take your shit...you might be a redneck (cat lady)." Wife and I made executive decisions to get rid of all of the MiL furniture but a dresser and her tv's. We will buy her all new stuff once we get settled. Considering the condition of her condo I'm trying to find something where she has her own place. That way when she needs a break she can. That, and I don't want that cat roaming around in our house. Otherwise I'll need a place of my own. Alright, enough *****ing. Start loading the trailer once we return the truck rental. Fingers crossed the neighbor didn't hit anything.

While I most certainly get the cultural significance surrounding it, I just didn't think it was remotely a good movie at all.

Coffee #2, and getting ready to go to family court. Docket's scheduled for 10:30, and its just under 2 hours away so I guess I better get moving... Ugh! Kinda nervous, I don't know how this is going to go down with the mother of the kid currently in a different country. Seems like both parties involved should be present for custodial battles? Maybe not..

i'm ALMOST of the same thoughts, on this. it was a decent movie; and one that i kind of liked. but i didn't like it near as much as any of the captain america movies, or iron man movies, or thor movies. maybe if they do another one, it'll be better.
