Just opened a bottle of vino and I may get a couple of plastic cups and a few more bottles, take them down the seafront and sit there and watch the sea getting slowly ratted on a bench. I'll create my own 'pop-up bar'

If anyone is in the Eastbourne/East Sussex area then you're more than welcome to join me. We can all self-oscillate together as we sway to and fro in the sea breeze....standing our regimental 1.5 metres apart from each other. Bring a hanky and some bog roll while you're at it though.

eatin' lunch

went out to cut the back yard. i've gone over it twice, already. i need to go over it again, though. it's so tall and thick due to all the rain and me not being able to cut it in a while means i have to cut it at least 3 times to get it where i like it.

I WAS messaging my VP in L.A. to let her know that New Jersey has been shut down except for essential businesses but now I'm totally Googling bog roll!!!

So I’ve created me own pop-up bar down the seafront. We were serving free Gordon’s Pink Gin & Tonic in plastic cups, yet the only customers were my better ‘arf and me. Hooking up a new water line for the washer.

Whole family is cleaning the house today and tomorrow. I made a huge list of tasks and assigned them out to myself, wife, and kids. #boss

resting before i take a shower

i finished cutting the back yard, then cut the side yard and took the trimmer to the hill in the front yard. then, i cleaned out almost all of the planters and pots 21) to make way for some flowers/plants that i'll hopefully be buying soon.

and by cleaned out, i mean i dump the dirt out onto a sifter i made and then sift the dirt into the wheelbarrow to get all the old roots and acorns out. and then i put the clean dirt (heh) back into the pots/planters.

Lmao. That's great! If only I was there I'd belly up to the bar with ya. And you know our pink gin and tonics would morph into tequila shots. And then all bets are off. I'd want to wear the Crown Jewels and storm Buckingham Palace. Then we'd sneak into restaurants and stand up all their menus. For her Majesty!

Getting ready for work and reading this article (https://www.wivb.com/news/a-list-of-...ew-york-state/) about essential businesses in NY. According to that list I'm wondering What the heck is a non-essential business?

On the plus side looks like both my jobs safe, grocery distribution and automotive repair unless my employers shut down themselves.
