Sf, your fourth of July sounds just like mine except without the benadryl and hornet sting. In fact, that's how today went mostly. I'm such a couch potato. Surprised I haven't sprouted roots.

My nephew and his father are visiting from Iowa and the family kept calling me Chef like you did. Makes me wonder if they read BD.com, jk.

Watching more Reign before I eat a huge helping of leftover risotto for dinner. Want to see Inside Out 2 but really might just wait for Disney Plus.

Alternating between reading, playing Madden and watching Reign on the CW App. About to go eat dinner and then read some more, really want to at least finish this novel ASAP to get to 15 on the year. Had to guess, probably read 15- novels since 1998, so not bad at all.

Off work at 6:30am and now home and relaxing a bit before I go get lunch at Chili's. They don't open for another 3+ hours so I got some time to kill. Going to play some PS4 and then maybe head up to Barnes & Noble and browse a bit until 11am.

That is shocking. I can barely a novel in a year. Much less 5 or 15 years. The last book I finished was back in 2016, I think. I cannot read anymore. I don't have the patience for it. Though I've never liked reading and I think it comes down to a couple of factors. I have ADHD and because of that, I am better at something visual, short, and/or moving. Though I even struggle watching movies these days.

About to finish up at Chili's and then walk over to Costco and get a strawberry sundae. I've been getting the sundae with chocolate ice cream recently and it's so delicious. It's really good with vanilla but the chocolate ice cream makes it even better I might get a couple things from Walmart afterward if I'm not feeling too lazy. I took the bus out to town today so I'll be doing a bit more walking than if I had driven.
