Nice pic civic! your right,Dublin is an awesome city,I'll be down there tomorrow afternoon for a short time.If you do want to go to Carlingford it is straight forward enough,head for Belfast on the motorway and come off at junction 18,Carlingford is signposted.
If you are going up then I recommend P.J. O'Hares,the food and craic are great plus you can check out the discovered Leprechaun bones!!

No not quite,there is a saying that if you can drive in Dublin then you can drive anywhere,I mean no disrespect but people in the South can't drive for sh!t.

I agree with you Villiam, the people in the South can't drive! It's hard to believe that the driving examiner said "You have passed your test". When I get back, I'll be moving in with my mum and brother again until I find work. They live in County Tyrone so I'll have no more road rage.

I often joke with people from Dublin about their driving "skills" and I have yet to have one person disagree with me.
In Dublin,even drivers with Dublin registration plates continually seem to be in the wrong lane....until the last second when the cut across ya.

Thanks Villiam. I'm holding off on Carlingford on this trip. I just wanted to get the car back and park it It was actually about as easy as it could be. From the car rental lot, I just took a left onto Swords Road and headed back to the B&B. Do find it a bit confusing with having so many Swords Roads on the map. Just went back into the City Centre today and went to the National Gallery, quick trip into National History Museum and Christ Church Cathedral. These are the places that I actually went into.

Got some souvenirs, broke a souvenir Now back at the B&B and tempted to try some night time driving but I'll probably end up passing
Enjoyed some Cadbury hot chocolate and a hot chocolate muffin. Forget the name of the shop but I think it might be in the Bachelors Walk.
