and sometime this a.m. some cleaning. We're gonna have company over for the fights so my wife turns into a "Drill Sergeant from Mr. Clean" for a brief time.

On another + note. Had a fantastic workout today...great bench day. Second set with 225 felt light as a feather (8 reps...could do more), 3rd with 345 (six reps) and my final set with 265 (four reps)...all were awesome.

I workout by myself and never max out, but it was just awesome today. I feel like going back to the gym right now, but I know better than that
