How was Creed? Found my safety vest when I pulled down my carry-on luggage, very nice!

I liked it, but it's still the same story as the previous films.

Just finished prepping the extra turkey I got from work. I skinned the potatoes and got some other food prepared. Everything is all set for another small thanksgiving dinner with just the fiancé and myself. After that putting up the the Christmas tree and wrapping gifts. I'm so excited for the holidays!

Thanks! Google says about 14 miles, Google SHealth says 16.23, so I don't know how far I ran.

Yup, furthest I've ever run before was 8 miles, so I'm pretty happy about it. Definitely going to be ready to fly during that half-marathon in February, might even be ready for a marathon by then too. Still not sure why I had to walk twice during the 10k on the 12th, guess it was just the rugged terrain.

Don't be dismayed if your first half marathon doesn't go well though. My sister got quite good at running multiple 10k's and tried to move up to a half marathon and came in near the last on her first attempt. It's a huge leap in distance.

Yeah I should be able to do well in 3 months though, if I can do 14-16 miles I should be able to handle 13.1. Then again in my first 10K I had to walk twice, granted I still finished 4th in my age group and 22nd overall so it wasn't too bad. Going to run this distance again at less than race pace and then try to pick it up a bit and go from there. End goals are to first run a marathon and then do well in marathons.

No, I'm doing a half-marathon in February. At this rate I'd probably be ready to run 26 miles in 3 months but I'd rather not, especially since doing that will negatively affect my ability to lift weights. Both are still goals, running and weight-lifting, so I don't want either to negatively impact the other. February will be a half-marathon, hoping for a sub 100 minute finish, at this rate it may be about a 90 minute finish. Just gotta keep building up my speed and my endurance.

I am doing some last minute decorating, as I have just about everything done at this point. I got a small four foot tree to sit by my desk (now I have a total of three trees up 7.5 foot, 5 foot, now 4 foot) and I want to put custom ornaments on it.
