I guess salesmans are terrible at math.

Tax in quebec: 5% GST + 8.5% PST = 13.925 (tax on a tax)
Tax in several other provinces is harmonized at 13%

This crazy salesman charged 5% GST then tacked on harmonized tax

Only noticed it after the fact so I'm waiting on a call to adjust the charge.

Other than that though, how many companies do you know of that will pickup a 23 year old vacuum for free at your home, give a free estimate and deliver your repaired machine back to your home at no extra charge all in the span of 24 hours? Pretty impressive.
