I think I've posted in that thread, but my list would be far too long to list, haha. I should put it in a database or a spreadsheet though for sure, that'd be fun.

I recently got into country (within the last 5 years) as my lady is a HUGE country fan. Have seen Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Keith Urban, Jason Isbell (country-ish), Chris Stapleton and Sturgill Simpson so far.
Glad you found some music that you are in to. I stopped listening to Country almost 20 years ago, changed too much for my taste.

I am currently waiting on someone to come by and sell me an iPhone. Hopefully the transaction and the following activation goes smoothly.

I'm definitely more a fan of the new trifecta of Sturgill, Stapleton and Isbell than I am of the newer "bro" country (although my lady has gotten me into Chesney), but once I started taking it far less seriously, I have enjoyed it more.

The only "Country" I still listen to is Jennifer Nettles from Sugarland.

Oh ok, I didn't know they had an album called Pop lol I loooove that good ol' boy country music. If I had to pick a favorite artist, I'd probably go with Alan Jackson. I was listening to some songs on YT earlier, while we were chatting here actually, and I just happened to find this when searching for Chris' Tennessee Whiskey. Pretty awesome cover!
And it would be a good idea to do a db or a spreadsheet. If you did put one together, wouldn't mind checking it out

Yeah, I really should create a spreadsheet for tracking my shows. I know there are websites that do it for you, but I already have all my ticket stubs.

I listen to a little bit of everything. I do like Country but there are some "country" singers/bands that just aren't country (Sugarland ).

My list of concerts I've attended is short. I don't go often, but I would like to change this.

From awhile ago: Christian event that had Hillsong United, Hawk Nelson, and POD.
Country: Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn (on their final tour together), Billy Currington, Uncle Kracker, and Kenny Chesney.

I have never heard of Jana, and Taylor most definitely isn't country (despite what she might think)

Jason Aldean's Dirt Road Anthem and Maren Morris' My Church are great. I like the hook on DRA more than the verses though. Jolene by Zac Brown Band is awesome as well.

Batman likes Taylor Swift. Her stay in country was quite Swift. Swift the sellout

If you read my post I said I listen to Jennifer Nettles not Sugarland, she's been doing her solo career for almost 5 years now. Either way there are plenty of "Country" singers/bands thst are just plain crap. Now George Strait, Hank, Alan Jackson, B&D, Tim McGraw,Tracey Lawrence, Trace Adkins, early Toby Keith before he went all patriotic & even Dwight Yoakum is where my Country starts & stops.

I misread

All those singers you mentioned though are great. I love Alan and Dwight.

That's a good song but I'll still take Song Of The South.

I don't know much from LS but I think their best song is Tuesday's Gone. My favorite southern rock song is Can't You See from M-T-B
