That's cool Rage. I only know of two of his songs, Tennessee Whiskey and Fire Away but I like them a lot. Did you see the video of that guy sitting in his truck with his daughter that covered Tennessee Whiskey? It was quite good.

Watching Kevin Can Wait on the DVR while thinking about what my training schedule for Ruidoso will be like. Definitely intrigued about working out with my sister, never had a workout buddy before.

After watching a documentary on YT last night about private security contractors in Afghanistan, I'm going to check out Jonathan Idema's wikipage. He was a PSC that was imprisoned in Afghanistan for doing some shady stuff.

To most people that probably sounds gross but it sounds great to me. I'm one of those weirdos who actually prefer turkey burgers to cow burgers though.

Don't know how it would sound gross but okay. I stopped buying red meat a few years back.

About to get dressed and go downstairs. Some people have even told me real Americans don't eat turkey burgers, which I say is absolute crap. Going back to the gym today with an upper body session, light run tomorrow and then a slow 8 mile jog on Sunday. Going to do a mix of the novice 4 week recovery and then start that guy's intermediate 2 training guide in week 5 so I can get it done in time for Ruidoso. I'll substitute a really hard 13.1 mile run for the half-marathon since there isn't one for me that week. I will try to absolutely kill a half-marathon in November though and then qualify for Boston next El Paso marathon.
