my nephew was having some equilibrium problems. they put tubes in his ears and he is WAY better now. he can actually stand without having to hold on to something. granted, he's not quite a year old. but the doctor said he needed them or he may always having trouble keeping his balance or even walking.

i don't know how young your daughter is (or if there's an age where they won't do something like that), but it may be something to look into.

hope she gets better, though.

Doubtful, she's never had balance issues. One doctor was trying to say she was pre-diabetic as the time it happened she had low (or high, I don't recall at the moment) blood sugar. That was after had a spell that caused her to pass out, freaked me out! We took her to another specialist for another opinion and more blood tests to prove that doctor was a QUACK. We're still taking her to doctor's appointments to hopefully figure it out, if not we're hoping there's a specialist in Washington that can (she's gonna be living out there with her mom this summer).

Back on topic ... My better half returned home from the gym so she's gonna take over kid duty while I go for a bike ride, looking at doing the opposite loop I did yesterday, another 30-ish miles.

Think I'm about to place my third order with Plain Archive. I like to search sites for items that have long been sold out just to torture myself and to my surprise, last night two editions that I fancy were suddenly back in stock.

Earlier this morning, a buddy came up from the valley and we went up to Stanford to hit. Beautiful day for tennis. When we were done, we got lunch at a taqueria. It was quite tasty!

Having a post-workout beer ...and waiting for dinner to cook. We're actually sitting out on the balcony enjoying a very nice sunset. Kid's feeling much better, of course now that it's almost bedtime.

We'll see how she feels in the morning before school haha

I didn't work at Job 1 or Job 2 today, AND the weather was absolutely beautiful today. Used it to my advantage and got some yard work done, started cleaning the garage a bit, and started the new cat dish project for my Sister-in-Law. Coming along great! Also took my son out and went grocery shopping. Now I just showered, enjoyed a bowl of ice cream, and watching baseball.

was looking into using alexa to turn my computer on. but the steps are just too involved for me to fool with it, right now. plus, one of the apps you need to download on your phone cost $2.99

hell, i don't have that much extra to spare.

Sounds like most of you had a pretty good weekend. Sorry to hear about your daughter Mike. Stop trying to guilt me into mowing my lawn Biz. I'll get around to it. Sitting here enjoying the silence. The family went to Target earlier today. Picked up a new pair of pants and some belts in smaller size I haven't worn in years. So despite us "cheating" on our Keto Diet I'm still losing weight.

The Mrs ordered me a couple more online. Ate an early dinner and took a nice nap. Thinking I'm going to watch a movie and then pack up some totes while the family sleeps. Hopefully I can get more packed up tonight. It would be nice to wrapping up this project soon. I need to get the rest of the house cleaned up as well to work out what is going and what is getting donated or tossed.

Fighting the urge to sleep.
Need to be awake 30 hours just to get my schedule back to "normal".
Honestly, have always been wired to be a night owl, but unfortunately the world (at least this part of the world) tends to shut down around 6-9 PM.
Probably only last a week before I'm back to my normal.

So tired... only 12ish more hours to go though... only.
On the plus side nearly binged through the entirety of Star Trek Enterprise season 3.
So... productive. Ish. 😂

About to clock back in from lunch. Printed copies of my summer and spring schedules so I think I'm ready for my meeting with my advisor on Wednesday. Getting really sick of people talking to me while I'm off the clock. Pretty close to mentioning it to my boss.
