Just finished a long assessment assignment for my nutrition class, hope I did well on it. Good scores on those things are the best hope I have for passing this class as I don't get the best grades on the quizzes or the exams. Time for some more studying before I head to work for Friday night shift.

Father gave me a Chick Fil A gift card for some reason. Think he's convinced it's worth $25 or $50 but it says one time use. Guess we'll see.

I'm hiding from the drivers out there. The snow has been pounding us and driving in it is getting nutso. I'll pick up the spouse, then straight home. Nothing else.
My dogs are bagged from two long walks. I'll leave them at home when I go.

Just finished a whole wack of snow shovelling. In about 12 minutes it'll look like I didn't even do it.
I'm thirsty now, so some wobbly pops are pretty damn appealing.

Guys night. My girlfriend and her sister went out for the night, leaving her nephew with me. So it's a fun night packed of uno & candy land. We just finished a little cooking lesson-spaghetti and meatballs. The little guy loved forming little balls of meat, kind of disturbing now that I read it aloud lol whoa I need an adult beverage now

I've been watching some of the Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts
This was back when they were actually Funny & Blue, but still able to aired on Broadcast TV without being censored....

Watching what the current Roasts have stooped to and become is a sad thing indeed

Oh man me too, I love these Roasts!!!

It's paused at the moment, but I'm now watching what I think is the most star studded one they had, the roast of Dean himself,
and it's twice the length of the normal Roasts.

With people like John Wayne, Muhammad Ali, Orson Wells, Tony Orlando, Howard Cosell, Senator Barry Goldwater ( 1 of 2 Senators at this Roast ),
Joe Namath, Nipsey Russell etc, etc....

What's really funny is half the people on this forum, if they were to watch just the two I have in my Post, they wouldn't know who over half of the

The City has done a great job getting some snow moved.
On my fb there was several mentions of cars off the road or stuck. I used to carry a tow strap in the truck to help out at times. That would've came in handy for the taxi that was high centered on the meridian by McD's yesterday.
