Well, no movie for me. At least not Contraband. Disc wasn’t playing a pivotal part in the movie. So I tried cleaning it, still wouldn’t play. So I put it back in the Netflix envelope, returned it, the unwatched Gravity and canceled my 2 disc BD plan. Tired of the slow turnaround, defective discs and receiving DVDs instead of BDs

Just watched a livestream of the 2019 commencement ceremony at my high school, the sister of one of my best friends graduated today. I can't believe it's been so 12 years already, she was just starting school when we walked across the stage. Unfortunately 6 yrs ago he was driving out to Michigan to start a career as a middle school history teacher when he was hit and killed by a tractor trailer on the interstate somewhere in Ohio. I've been some kind of big brother to her ever since, and she's been babysitting my goddaughter for the last 4 years..

Now, I'm about to take a shower and head out to the store for a few items.

Sitting in my carport, drinking a Modelo Negra and trying to find my calm. Because The Boy is making me lose my shit. Why the kid just can’t keep his mouth shut is beyond me

Sitting out on the balcony drinking a beer (Yuengling) and watching some Youtube clips. Trying to avoid the girls for a bit, as my daughter has been driving me nuts all day today and my fiancee just started in on me because I have to work tomorrow. Like I had a choice, someone's gotta pay the bills around here - I haven't asked her to contribute to the household expenses since she has been trying to pay off some extensive college debt as of late.

leftover spaghetti and rice mix. there wasn't a lot of either, so i just put the rest of both on the plate and ate it.

Planning on doing some yard work before or after lunch.

Sitting here having a beer. Took a nap with The Boy’s cat and she’s fast at it. Sounds like I need to go put gas in The Mil’s vehicle. So not going to go nuts on the booze. Especially with an important 2nd interview tomorrow.

Sitting here drinking a beer, I just got home from work and a visit at my folks' house to intervene a domestic issue between my mom and little brother (he still lives at home), not sure why I even bother going over there anymore it's nothing but freaking drama. And now my fiancee is giving me the cold shoulder like I did something wrong today...At least my daughter welcomed me home with this cold beer so I guess I did something right
