Cut my run short since my legs were screaming at me in pain, I did 4 miles, the wife and kid were about 2 miles ahead of me when I turned around. Will probably take a shower and go shopping for a new pair of shoes and some groceries.

Bought new running shoes for training myself, one of the pairs of Asics training shoes I bought earlier this year had worn out.

Finished reading chapter 3 for Infancy and Early Childhood and also copy/pasting the key terms for that chapter into study materials. Doing a bit of streaming before work. Was going to get started on the assignments that are due tomorrow but not really enough time left since I leave for work in 14 minutes.

Drinking some Yuenglings with my cousin and brother, who both decided to pay us a visit tonight. Apparently they're on their way home from a family reunion of which I wasn't invited to.

just got back from fall fest in my little city I wouldn't have gone don't like however tonight diamond rio came to town that was big

got a diamond rio tshirt eh I did went back of stage a little bit afterwards 2 of band members dan Truman I think other was gene Johnson could be wrong were taking pics and autograph but I couldn't do it due to crowd

actually wanted 1 of band members pic marty roe but I guess due to family wasn't go to get off bus was me 5 more folks left standing around then bus started to leave oh well

i'm sure most of old folks remember country music group diamond rio back in 80's 90's

sang songs like mirror mirror meet in the middle one more day in a week or two imagine that etc etc etc etc

I definitely remember Diamond Rio. I used to love watching the video for Mirror Mirror on CMT. I have that song and Meet In The Middle on my iPad. I have one or two of their albums.

The Ex and I had gone to a pub and they had that on. It was pretty exciting for us Canadians.
