Funny you mention this. I was just reading one of my many scientific/medical journals that beer is the perfect food. In fact, not only do 5/5 doctors recommend a few frosty pints, it has all the food groups, plus several vitamins/minerals all conveniently contained in one bottle/can. So drink up, my friend. Your beach bod is safe.

About to wrap up my breakfast for lunch meal and can’t decide if I’m going to check out a few places before I head back to my place for a nap. I woke up early, watched A Star is Born, got a package prepped for mailing and walked to the post office. That turned into a longer walk once I did. Anyway, supposed to meet up with a coworker and her family later tonight. So definitely need that nap. Have a great weekend.

I tell you it takes me like an hour organized blurays/4k's in my big bookcase which I got my dvd's in since I like to arrange them abc format sometimes, other times I just try to jammed them together if I can.

its not fun when I have to get on the floor to moved some movies around last 3 rows right side try to get back up on my knees since my room doesn't have carpet its a wooden floor right now I just got few bluray's on top of one another

Getting ready for work, really not looking forward to it since we were evacuated after only 4hrs yesterday and I know higher ups will expect us to catch up today. We'll probably have to throw out tons and tons of food today since our freezers went down and resulted in an ammonia leak.

It's the last day of liturgical Christmas, so I'm taking down the bulk of my Christmas decorations.

I shocked my body with a ton of vegetables this weekend and I can't believe how good I feel.

just got home from work. drinking a beer and tossin back a few shots of Brandy since I ran out of scotch. Wife's starting to nag me about my responsibilities and that I drink too much, or something like that, I dunno.

Standing at the local store waiting on some pizza and wings for dinner. Going to go home, eat and maybe lie down before I head to the joint for a couple of beers. Hoping it isn’t as exciting as last night. Had some dude touch my bald head last night and almost knocked his ass out. His only saving grace was telling me he thought I was somebody else.
