i've heard because of the amount of rain (we get some flooding) or snow/ice....but just cold? damn! it's gotta be DAMN cold for them to call off because of that, i guess.

I agree, but I guess my co-workers dont like money as much as I do. Ill work in any temp. it just means more layers and having to switch gloves to perform different tasks
