and watching ALF while I wait for FedEx to deliver my package, then will probably head over to my Pop's garage to swap out the plugs on my truck. Man I can't wait until we move so I'll have my own garage again.

i have a who coworker changed his plug wires on his older chevy truck at work, the other day. he did it on his 15-minute break, lol.

yeeeeears ago, when i worked as a pizza delivery guy, there was another driver there who changed his rear brakes (drums) in less than 30 minutes. he did it right in the parking lot.

i love older vehicles...SO easy to work on.

Oh this job's so simple I could do it right in our apartment complex parking lot, but it's currently 20*F outside and my father's garage is heated. I also have a couple incomplete projects I want to wrap up to get them out of his shop before our move.

The brake job made me chuckle...I relined the rear brakes on my old Ranger after work, in their parking lot once after having one of the lines blow out on my way in. Took longer than 30min and I had very little light so I wouldn't recommend it. I also wouldn't recommend doing a full brake job in a snow storm on a one-way street but I've done it. That job still leaves me with sincere hatred of city plow drivers.

I definitely agree with the older vehicles comment. Far more room under the hood and less sensors to deal with

Good luck. It took them a month and a half to respond to my email just to tell me "Your package hasn't moved in over a month. Sorry. Fill out this form."

Someone left some Christina Aguilera DVDs by the mailboxes, so I'm trying to see if they will play/rip. I don't know anything about her music, but I like concert films and music videos. I forgot how badly other people abuse discs. The laser sides look like someone scraped them across concrete. I will throw them out after, because they smell like makeup.

Nice! Either you're getting a boatload back or you buy cheap tires LOL. I'm getting screwed this year, even with the child tax credit. Sad thing is I changed my w4 last year to have more taken out of my biweekly checks in hopes to get a bigger refund. Ugh. Looks like I'll be stopping by HR today to change my W4 back. Especially since I won't have the kid to claim on my tax return in 2022

OT: Getting ready for work. Maybe today will go by smoothly, but I doubt it.
