thinking about how 6 years ago today my little girl was born!!

now she's 6 and in kindergarten and learning how to read!!

i remember that day like it was yesterday. we had gone in the night before so they could induce my wife into labor. dr. came in early in the morning, broke her water and she was in labor from 8 am until 6 pm when she finally threw it in and opt'd for a c-section. what a trooper!!!

she was heartbroken she couldn't have her naturally.

Now I'm thinking about kindergarten and learning to read...in 1980.

I will never forget my very first kindergarten crush. She was a red-head named Stephanie Brock. Oddly enough...14 years later...the only woman who ever mattered in my life looked exactly like her.
