Ot: Taking down my Christmas decorations and thinking about reorganizing my entertainment center to make room for the Switch dock, my brother convinced me to keep it instead of returning it to the store. For someone who only games once in a blue moon, I now have 6 gaming consoles currently.

I'm curious why would you need both a OLED and a Lite? I'm guessing the OLED was an upgrade?

My setup- NES, N64, GameCube, PS3, PS4, Switch OLED. In a box somewhere around here is my Playstation and PS2 even though I don't have many games left for them.

I just like having 2, we'll see if I change that when the Switch 2 comes out. Mainly I did it so I could play Pokemon against myself and trade.

Considering emulating PS1-3 games as well but already coming up on a decent number for the PSP so maybe not.

Sitting down and relaxing after having played some electric guitar quite loudly downstairs for well over an hour. And I followed that with a good forty minutes of bass playing. I haven’t picked up an instrument in a few weeks; I’ve been recuperating from surgery and have had some complications. It’s really good to feel those strings under my hands again.

Coffee and tunes before I start tackling the mess that is currently my life. I took this week off after not having a single day off in December, also signed a new job contract with my current employer so I guess I'm staying here for another year but think I'll still look for a new apartment in the coming weeks just because I'm struggling to feel 'at home' here anymore.

That was some game. A lot of of Eagles fans in my family as most live in Jersey. Tough loss for them. A good friend of mine is a Bucs fan so naturally he is ecstatic today.

Drinking some coffee and organizing 2023 finances to prepare for tax season. I dread this time of the year so much. I do my taxes, my parents' taxes, and the mother of my child's taxes every year; it wasn't too bad when all 3 households were in the same state, but now that we all live in different states, it makes things more stressful to keep track of.

Freaking cold out! Been looking at cruises next month but all the good staterooms are taken.

Just got back from town and hit McDonald's. We've got the stupid 2 lane drive-thru which creates a bottleneck more than anything. It's also located in a parking lot so people come from all angles. The lane next to me had a cute girl in the car but we didn't make eye contact. I finished ordering before her and got in back of a truck who was blocking her car. I let her go ahead of me once he moved out of the way. I went to pay and the person at the window told me the car ahead of me paid for my meal!

Not sure if that was some sort of pay it forward drive-thru chain or she thought I was cute. The employee made no mention of it being a chain. It was only two McChicken sandwiches so it wasn't a huge order. If there was a chain, I killed it as I didn't pay for the person behind me lol.
