Just got off work 40 minutes ago. Home and showered and feelin' so fresh & so clean. Think I'll take the bus up to Denny's and get some AYCE pancakes and do some more studying for the M1 test.

Just got off the phone with my little nephew, he turned 5 today. Had a proud moment, I found out the only other person who called him today was my daughter, his mother and grandparents "forgot" apparently. Pretty sad but it sounds like the kid had a pretty fun day regardless. Now I'm getting ready for work tonight, hopefully it goes smooth/uneventful but I'm not going to hold my breath lol.

Well I dnfed horribly around 5 miles due to exhaustion so I'm guessing about 20. A true track marathon is around 105 laps.

Would you ever consider quitting running and sticking to weights? Not that you should quit or have a reason to bust just wondering. I was thinking about getting a gym membership and I have no reason not to but I'm not sure I'd want to dedicate 1.5 hours to working out these days. When I was younger, hell yeah, no prob. But these days, I dunno. I feel like I'd rather be doing something else...like pigging out at a buffet

My plan continues to be to run until I physically cannot do it anymore.
