Got the garbage out early today. It was a heavy sob as it was loaded with old sheetrock.

I had planned on hitting B&N to take advantage of their Arrow 50% sale, but the movies I want aren't even in stock.

Working the usual shift; but then tonight I have a private ride I'm doing for a girl that I had last Saturday night when I was driving for Lyft. I give out business cards to those that I feel deserve it. She contacted me today for a ride tonight and possibly Thursday night.

And she's easy on the eyes.

If she's easy on the eyes, lord knows what she'll be with the rest of the body. Even $2.00 "call women" aren't that easy.

I'm sitting here at home wasting time and the day. While drinking a Diet Cherry Coke. I'm working from home because pest control is coming today for the second treatment. Normally, when I work from home I am a little more enthusiastic about things. However, I had trouble going back to sleep in the middle of the night and I took one of my leg medicine pills. It was just a sliver, but it has really knocked me flat.

My oldest sister was right. She took one of mine one time on vacation for the plane ride, as she has Restless Leg syndrome as well. Hers is not as bad though. She said that medicine made her lethargic and dopey for days. Hence, the Diet Cherry Coke. Caffeine helps counteract the sleepiness a good bit. I've got to a move on today to get ready for pest control and other company.

Also, One of my best friends and I are going out to eat for our birthdays (his is on the 14th). Then we are coming back here to exchange gifts. The house is a complete disaster and much of it I can't help. But what I can help, I'd like to get rid of before he comes over. i'm also waiting for the mail, as I've got packages arriving.

Dealing with muscle soreness. I used my weight bench last night and did 50 reps. Feeling every bit of it in my arms today. (It was a set of 20, 15, 10, and then 5).

I lift about 4 days a week on various muscle groups.....I always feel sore the next day after working out.

Good God! That's a big no right there. Any person who is hotter than 95 degrees can just stay the hell away from me. I don't need all that. Can barely deal with it outside. Give me a nice good popsicle. Popsicles are way better than hot tamales any day of the week anyway.

I actually like the Brewers, but i haven't watched any of their games this season. I used to watch them years ago with my brother-in-law who's from Wisconsin (who incidentally made me a Packers fan). I won't complain if they make a run this season, even if they swept the Dodgers. TWICE.
